• Graphic design and brand visual creation

All services are subject to project scope agreements, timelines, and pricing discussed prior to project commencement. D.Marketing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes:

Source Files

Source/working files (e.g., PSD, AI, PDF files) are provided only when explicitly included in the agreed project scope. Additional fees may apply for source file delivery.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Terms

• All projects require an advance payment (typically 50%) before work commences
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and international payment options (discussed per project)

Revision Policy

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed upon in the project scope. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If D.Marketing fails to deliver the project as agreed, a partial or full refund may be negotiated
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project delivery
• No refunds are provided for completed and approved work

Project Deliverables & Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on project complexity and current workload. D.Marketing will communicate delays promptly. Timelines may be affected by:

• Delayed feedback or approval from the client
• Change in project scope or requirements
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (product images, brand guidelines, text content) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in timeline adjustments.

Third-Party Advertising on Our Website

Our website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. These advertisements are not endorsements of the advertised products or services. D.Marketing does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for any claims made in those advertisements.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
